 We have a 3 step process for land transactions:

1. You provide us the details regarding the land you would like to sell via email, phone or by selecting the 'Get a Cash Offer' button on the Home page.

2. We will review your land and provide a no obligation cash offer to purchase.

3. Once a contract is signed, we will hand it over to trusted. local 3rd party Title companies that will complete the sale process. 

Timing does vary from County to County depending on Title searches and other factors, but typically we can close in as little as 2-3 weeks but can be more depending on various factors.

We work local title company or real estate attorney to handle the purchase and sale of your vacant land. This means that you will have a third-party working for you on your behalf.

The buyer’s money is sent to an escrow account where the title company will be responsible for handling/distributing all funds. By law this money has to be sent to you once you sign the appropriate paperwork. You can call the title company or real estate attorney at anytime to ask questions throughout the process.  You will receive funds either via check or wire transfer, at your choosing. 

 Unfortunately, I do sometimes get this question asked and no this is not a scam.  I will never ask to send money directly to me or my company as I always work with a trusted 3rd party Title company or real estate attorney to handle all transactions.  Once we agree on the price and terms I will send the executed contract to title where they will complete the closing process.
